I know it does not sound like anything, but really it is. I walk all the time, at night that is.I started walking with my mom at my local park, (forest with maintained paths). Then one day...I decided to go walking before the sun went down. The rest is history.
Speaking of, I am going out right now.

DeleteThat is awesome. Walking is sssooo good for you! I walk almost everyday at lunch time. I have to get out and move around... even if it's just a stroll, it's exercise and helps me deal with work anxieties. Keep up the great work!
